When will my preorder ship?
Preorders ship the week the book arrives from the distributor — the sell-on date shown on the listing. You're charged when it ships, not when you order. In-hand books ship within 1 business day.
How does the pull list charge my card?
Your card is kept on file and charged only when your books ship. Only you can add to your list — nobody else, ever. Pull 9 books in an FOC week and the 10th is on Gorilla, applied automatically. How the pull list works →
My book arrived damaged. What now?
Message us with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement if we have one or refund you — no return shipping required for damaged books.
Can I return or cancel an exclusive?
Exclusives are strictly limited print runs, so they're final sale once they ship. Preorders can be cancelled any time before the book ships — just send us the order number.
How are books packed?
Every book ships bagged, boarded and boxed (or in a rigid comic mailer) in the same archival protection we manufacture. Free shipping on orders over $99.
What's the difference between New Comics This Week and the FOC Pull List?
New Comics This Week is what's on the shelf now. The FOC Pull List is books still at Final Order Cutoff that you preorder weeks ahead at cover price.
Why can't I see some covers?
Mature / adult-themed covers are hidden until you turn on the 18+ setting in your account. Flip it on any time and they appear with an 18+ tag.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Preorders to international addresses ship in one box once everything in the order has arrived.
